Does anyone know why this would happen.
I have a IP406 in the field with a mixture of PSTN and ISDN2's. I have upgraded the system to 4.2(17).
Ramdomly(and this was happening before the upgrade)when a user finishes a call and hangs up instead of disconnecting a call it places the call on hold. The user is unaware of the situation and I only noticed it on the call status.
I have confirmed the user isn't responsible the system or handset seems to be doing it.
