I want to write a Perl program that sits on a Windows NT machine and performs some quick actions when the user logs out or shuts down. Can anyone point me to the right module/tutorial/document/whatever to get me started?

Basically, the program is written, so I don't need to learn basic Perl, just how to get it to respond to a Windows event.
