hello,

I have created a database and now and looking for some simple programming to allow me to query, sort, etc, based on that data. Anyone know of a nice tool that can be used to create a simple gui selection type interface? kind programming made simple?

anyone want to help?.

 
why not use Enterprise Manager???

I can use EM to do it myself, what I want to do is create a GUI (VB or .net) to allow others to select from drop down lists or enter search test.
 
hmm, then its VB.NET that u r looking at (or any microsoft product) as its faster and simpler to develop forms in them...

That is what I was thinking. anything out there that is off the shelf? I do not have time myself to develop anything right now. something I can click and drag would be great

You could probably put something together in Access quite quickly to link to your SQL Server tables.
