Customer with CICS 7.1, CP100 3.1 we have a guest mbx and right now we have turned on "message notification" to her cell phone. Is there a way to forward directly to her cell when they transfer a call to her mbx without using the "dial 7"?

That's pretty much what I thought. Thanks for the reply.

If she has a DID u could use AA with CCR tree for ext transfer

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"

1st you set up Routing Service eg; 001 enter the dial out phone #.
Use POOL "A".
Next set up Dst Code 201-normal mode/ Night etc.-absorb all.
Call fwd (fea 4) 201.
Make sure set has access to line pool.

Thanks for the reply Jon but I don't have a phone on it. It is a guest mbx.

Wayne T

If you "fwd no answer"/ "fwd on busy" to 201 that will work also.

Jon

Not a bad idea but what the customer wants is what they get. You know how that works.
