Guardar cambios appears when saving a Paint file

Hi,

For some strange reason when I try to save a file in "Paint" the save message is in a different language 'Guardar cambios a untitled'. I have checked the regional settings and they are set correctly. Has anyone any ideas?

all I can tell you is it is the "save changes box" in spanish
