Display of Calling Party Denied
The calling party's display shows the DN of the last set to connect into the Group Call regardless of the Class of Service. The called set displays the Group Number only.

The reason I'm asking, becasue I'm setting up and Intecom in a retail store with a button for our customer to page a rep when they need help. And I need the intecom to ring multiple extension at once just in case one phone failed. I need the caller display to show which departement the customer is calling from. Thanks in advance
Group Call might not be a good choice. Here is how it works in action.
I initiate the group call and all 20 phones ring. When the first person answers, the other 19 phones continue to ring. Then the second person answers and 18 phones continue to ring. Just think if five people answer and one and all say hello. It becomes a huge party line with people joining the call, totally confusing a customer.
You would be better off putting the same DN on many phones, so once it was answered, the other phones stop ringing and the answer-er takes ownership of the customer experience, rather than 5 to 10 people assuming they are all part of the solution.
you right, its just the problem with adding a dn to all handsets as a second line, the caller display still doesn't show the caller. I tried adding a name to second dn I got error SCH 2116 CPND name already exists.
If the display is not showing on the second line, add these to CLS
CLS: TDD CNDA DNDD
You can't NEW a name to a line that has a name - you have to CHG the name if you want it to read something else.
But remember, the recipient (your employee) will see the name of the calling phone the customer is using, so the name on that second line has no meaning.

Now I have another challenge,
When the co-worker answer the phone they got a dead air, nothing because I disabled the speaker. Can their phones play the voice message right after they pick up the call ? Like I wanna say, Customer need your help at info desk # 1 dor example
You will have to rephrase that (ask it in different words). I can't tell how the speaker disabled stops the phone from answering. I can't tell where the voice message comes from.
