Groupwise attached document error

I have Windows XP Pro at work with Novell Groupwise. Whenever someone sends me an attachment and I drag the attachment to my desktop my email crashes. It pops up with the infamous do you want to send this error to microsoft. Any idea how to fix it. Thank you.
