I am trying to write a report. I get the right results but I need to tweak out the display to make it more read friendly.

I need to group together the Materials. If I have more than one material for a particular job I get the the following material:

Material
Item #1

Matreial
Item #2

etc

I want to get the following output on the report:

Materails
Item #1
Item #2
etc

I know this should be simple but I am new so please help.

While in Design view for the report, go to View...Sorting and Grouping.
Select Materials as a Field, then change GroupHeader to Yes.
Lastly, move the Materials text box to your GroupHeader.

I am what I am based on the decisions I have made.

I tried to do this but it is not working. It is giving me the same output

Could someone please Help.

Are items 1 & 2 just types of material? And Material is only supposed to be a Label?

If so, then Group on your Job, and put your Labels in the Job Group Header.

I am what I am based on the decisions I have made.
