I have an OU within our domain for laptap users. I want it to be the only group that synchronizes an offline folder at logon and logoff. We are running Windows 2000 Server in Native mode. Our desktop computers are all running XP Pro. The default domain group policy for Network/Offline folders is not configured with the exception of the "action on server disconnect" which is enabled and set to "work offline" The Laptop Groups group policy for Network/Offline Folders has Enabled/enabled, Synchronize all files before logging off/enabled, and Administratively assigned offline folders/enabled and set to H:/My Documents. When a member of the Laptop Users OU logs off, nothing happens.

Does mobsync apear in the startup list...

HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

???

I don't see mobsync in the startup list, but I am not 100% sure I'm looking in the right place. I looked in username/startmenu/programs/startup on the client machine. Let me know if I should be looking somewhere else.

Thanx

I saw your post while researching a related problem. Did you ever get the group policy problem solved?
