Alright well I reg edited to make scrolling marquee come up and then i set the group policy to pull up scrolling marquee only for users when they log on .. they get the generic scrolling marquee not the one I set with in the registry.. how do I make it where all users see the same scrolling marquee?

Please help.. Basically whats happening is that when a user logs on he gets the scrolling marquee but it doesnt put in the text and text colors I specified in the registry hack ... HOw can I get this to work. I get the group policy to pull up scrolling marquee but it doesnt display the text that I put in the registry.. Please help
