I am stumped with this one...
Hope someone can shed some light...

I am trying to restore my group policies to the initial state once I had staged my server. When I run the dcGPOfix I am getting an error that says:

"Unable to read EFS certificates from Registry.pol file of Default Domain Policy.
The error was
Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller, either b
ecause the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied."

Can someone please help with this one, I am able to manage the policies snap in but unable to view Domain Controller and security policies when launching MMC snap ins. Access Denied errors show up.

Looking forward to your response

Thank you in advance!!

I too am seeing this same issue - did you ever receive a response or find a solution?

Thanks

JC

Yes,

Change the binding order of your NIC's in your advance settings under network neighborhood. This is if you have two network cards. In my case, it worked.

Let me know your results.

Thanks
