Group Policies

Hi
Could anyone help me, i am trying to implement a massive IT policy onto the network to restrict what users can and cant do. I am fine muddling through and testing things by trial and error in the group policy section, but does anyone know of any good websites or books which i could purchase whcih would tell me what each bit does,etc

The most useful resource book I have found was "Admin911 Windows 2000 Group Policy" published by McGraw Hill, written by Robert Jennings.

Have you got the spreadsheet from Microsoft, very basic but describes every policy that is available in the basic template.
