Group Lists

I need to figure out what group list(s) we use. I need to remove names from our company directory, but I have no clue of the group list # or name we use. Is there any way to find out the numbers of the group lists we use?

Groups start at 901

You listed phone system, not voice mail system however this info can be found in the Norstar Setup and Operations Guide.

In the manual it says it can start anywhere like 101, 501, 901, etc. 901 is the supposedly the default. My problem is, is that I have tried so many of these combinations and nothing is working. It keeps saying invalid group list. This is why I was trying to figure out if there was a way to find out the group list #s we were using.

Are sure you use groups? if so then you should know what numbers they are since the only way to leave that group a message is to enter the group number.
