group listen

what are the steps to use group listen? (featre 802) I can't make it work.

now i got it, it's the same extension that makes the call is the one who f 802 and others can listen the that ext,s speaker.Is that correct? Is there a better method with a mics useing call center s/w ?

Supervisor should be able to monitor call.
