We have exchange 2003 and everybody is using it.

They would like the have a calender for a room. So they can online book the room. How do i do this easy without making a special user room1 for example. Just the calender room1.

Hope someone can tell me how to do this.

Thank you very much

IS there no one who knows how to do this simple?

It would be really helpfull if someone could tell me how.

Hi Patrick118

Is this something that has to be done on Exchange?
I have set up a public folder within Outlook for our staff holidays that people can amend.

If that's any use, shout me back! [sunshine]

it is not really what i am looking for but i found the answer at exchange.org in there message board.

Yhank you for the reply
