Help anyone? I have about 10 users that all need to access a calendar and share resources, I did not want to share a users calender and give everyone rights I want to have an exclusive calendar for this group? If there is a way what are the options?
In Outlook, if you have God-rights and can see the "Public Folders", right click on it and select "new folder". From here there will be a dop-down box with "Folder Contains" above it, select this and then choose "Appointment Items".
