GRID32.OCX License not found. 1

I a using VB6 Enterprise SP5. I could not find grid32.ocx to install on the VB6 CD. I installed it from my VB5 Professional CD. When I attempt to place the control on a form I receive an error, "License information for this component could not be found..." I registered it using regsvr32.exe. I need a simple Grid control for my app. Any help is appreciated.

I believe (could be dead wrong) but vb5 controls were a part of SP3 for vb6 which should have been included in sp5 for vb6. With that thought in mind I would suggest checking out the downloads at microsoft for visual studio 6 and make sure. I also believe that they had a download for some of those older controls.

Great thing man...Actually I had downloaded Service Pack 5 and everything works....

but one probs...when i run setup..it gives me error..Failed to register msdiflexgrid.ocx..what could be wrong???
