I'm trying to produce a print-ready page that will work on both color and B/W printers. I'm using table cell background colors, and these seem to be ignored on B/W printers. The color I'm using is #AAAAAA (a medium gray). What can I do to make this print?

I'm guessing you're uising IE to test?

The default settings for IE are to not print background colours or images.

In IE6, you can change this by clicking:

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced, and then checking the box next to "Print background colors and images"

Hope this helps!

What about them?

Do they not print background colours by default? I've never tried printing from them. Maybe you can expand on what your problem is.
