Is it possible to create a graph based solely on negative number (eg: a Bottom N graph) without showing any positive numbers or customers in Crystal Reports 8.5?

The report I have created shows all sales both negative and positive. I have a graph that shows the Top 10 but I also want to only show the Customers that I make a loss on.

Thanks

When you create the graph using the "Advanced" layout, after choosing the field for "On change of", if you click on the field, "TopN" will become available. One of the options in TopN is BottomN. To exclude other numbers from your BottomN chart, just uncheck "include Others, with the name."

You can create TopN and BottomN charts in the same report. I just tried this with negative numbers, and it appears to work just fine.
