Hi

I have a report that generates a graph. Im having a few problems editing the graph structure :

The legend contains the formula titles from my report, is there a way to change this ?

eg. Currently - Sum of @Inv CM
Desired - Management

Also the horizontal x axis is displaying the actual group as the title, is there a way of preventing this ?

Im using Crystal 8

Thanks

What properties do you have available when you right click on the graph object, is there a customize tab?

Thanks so much!

I have the following options

Chart Analyzer
Chart Export
Format Chart - Template
General
Titles
Grid

I checked through all the above but nothing seemed to change the legend descriptions or remove the x axis label.

Thanks

I'm not sure what version of Crystal Reports you are using but from the Chart Analyzer there should be an Edit Axis Labels option or something like that. You have to be in preview mode to see this option. If your charts span more than one page you will want to choose the Apply All Changes To Charts option so each page that has your charts will have the new axis label names.

I found the edit options in Analyzer but the available options do not affect the x axis title. I have got round this by making the font white and hence invisible.

The bigger problem is that the legend is stating the data series as

Sum of International (Internationl being my formula title).
I want to be able to drop the "Sum of" part.

Thanks

I think you can change the axis title right in the chart expert on the titles tab. Go to the text tab and uncheck "autotext" and edit the title. For the legend, I'm unaware of a way to change this, other than using a text box overlaid and formatted to block out the existing text.
