I'm using DW4 & FW4. In FW I created a dotted line. The line is supposed to run down the length of the page. My page is formatted in a table.

My problem is I can't seem to use 1 line. In DW it appears to run the entire length. Browser check shows something totally different. So I broke the line into several lines. If I dink with it long enough I can get it to work. However, the beginning of the line gets pushed up.

Across the top of my page I have a horizontal green strip made from the cells of the table. The body is black. I've an invisible black.gif in the first black cell for spacing purposes. My line (purple) pushes through the gif and through the green. I'm running out of aspirin and the client is still insisting on the line.

Any ideas?

if you have the page up I will have a look at it for you.

I will need to see the table.

Have you tried setting it up as part of a css ??

They is usualy good for that.
