I have a subform that is a continuous form in Access. In the subform, I have hours, unit price and total. I want to be able to have multiple lines of items and have the grand total show up directly under the totals column, no matter how many or few lines of items I have. Anyone have experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Either a Form footer or Group.

Copy the detail field names to the footer under the respective column and change the control source to sum the field.
