GPO not working

Me again, I have finished creating the GPO for OU, but is not applied at user logon. The user I'm testing is in the correct OU. What can be wrong?

What OS is the client logging onto?

How many servers? Possibly the authenticating DC has not replicated the change yet.

Only one server, the problem is only in W2k Pro and XP Pro,
for Win98 users I've created config.pol file and works ok.
