GPO & Profile Processing Error

I am using Microsoft Operations Manager and I get this error every day or so:

GPO & Profile Processing Error
Windows Cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated.
DETAIL - Access is denied, Build number ((2195))

I have looked through the Events on this server and I can not see who is trying to log in or why I am getting this error. If anyone has had this error and now how to fix it please let me know. I would also appreciate any advice/tips for solving this problem.
