Yes! Are they planning on coming out with Gigabit ethernet ports on the IPO soon? And are there plans for a one-x mobile like the enterprise currently has? Will there be an "original caller ID" checkbox for individual users at some point?

Yes. BEG them to please change the 9621/9641 to have a display similar to the 9650 with the 3 CA buttons and the 8 soft buttons + shift along the bottom. The current setup is impossible to use with all the scrolling needed. If your park 3 button is 6th on the list you must hit the tiny little down arrow on the display 6 times to get there and hope you don't accidentally hit some othe rbutton in the process.

Also ask them to change the coverage groups on user/user-rights so vmpro will answer. Now it keeps ringing and vm never picks up.

Ask them if there scrimping on build quality of the 16 series.
Had loads of faulty phones lately.

Transfers shouldn't follow the coverage groups.
Or better revise the whole "transfers behave like the type of call being transfered" - filosofy.

And a small feature request: a pickup ala Siemens/Tenovis/...: When pushed you get a list with all ringing phones, idealy with DSS Status.

Oh and let me be the first, more distinction between internal and external calls.

Have them implement an internal busy tone or intercept type thing when a user dials across a SIP trunk and the ITSP returns a 480 error. As of now the users get 'Waiting for Line'.

Kyle, when you hold the down button a little longer then it goes down one page.
I agree it does not work as it should.
