Good webserver directory structure? (Windows)

I'm getting ready to set up my first web server - a development server for a site I'm building with PHP and hosting with Apache on a Windows box.

What should I consider when deciding what to name/where to place my web root directory?

I'd like to get this right on the first shot. . .
