I would like the ability to encrypt files on desktops/laptops as well as removable media like CDR's. So far I have looked at 2 products, PGP Desktop and F-Secure.

PGP seems like it may be a hassle and I envision users having difficulties working this product out. (I've messed with the freePGP stuff, I liked it, but I know users will have probs)

F-Secure seems to have everything I need and it is transparent to the user. It works using a driver and chaining the GINA (Windows logon). I am yet to try this out, but will be in few minutes.

My Question
Does any one have any suggestions for easy to use products that will encrypt sensitive data and file systems with a possibility for future centralisation in an Enterprise?

Hmm...sorry, I guess i should have mentioned I am looking for some reccomendations. A product that some one already uses, or has used in the past for business use.

Because there are so many products available, I do not have the time to evaluate them all.

The purpose is to secure data on local PC's or Laptop's as well as removable media or File Systems. So if these things get stolen I don't want the thief to be able to steal the info on there. We are using Win2k desktops, soon to go to WinXP.

Thanks.

Forgot to add, that list is just a tad old...heh
