Hi Guys,
Its a silly question but the thing is i am a vb 6 guy and now i am working on a windows application using vb.net.
though i have basic knowledge of vb.net but still was wondering if someone can suggest a good book for it.
Today i ordered ado.net complete reference as my application is heavily using ado.net with lots of comboboxes and datagrids.
Thanks for your help.

Regards,
King

Hi,

I had quite a bit of luck with “Programming Microsoft Visual Basic .NET”, by Francesco Balena.

Take a look at I'd suggest "Beginning VB Net, 2nd Edition". It's got lots of example code. I'm new to vb net also and it's a fairly good book. You might also consider "VB Net 2003 professional" also from Wrox.
