GOBACK won't let my PC shut down

I have noticed that after installing GOBACK my PC won't shut down. After clicking on shutting off, and waiting for the windows screen that says shutting down, it just doesn't happen. So I've deduced that GOBACK must be interfering with the shut down process. Anybody know what could be causing this? And are there other softwares that can do the many things GOBACK can? Thanks!

Isn't there more than one make of "GoBack"? Maybe System Restore needs to be disabled.
