Global Mandatory Recording

There does not seem to be a way how to create a user rights template to force mandatory recording for all users.

Is there any other method that can help me instead of going tru all the system for setting the recording to mandatory?

quick answer absouloutly not , you could try exporting a user and see if the recording option is there then build your .csv file and inport back in...dont know though dont often use the export of users so cant remember what info it gives
