Global Calendar Permissions?

We are using exchange 2000. I have 175 sales reps that only access email via OWA. Sales management would liek to be able to view their OWA calendars. Is there a way I can assign the Review permission globally to these mailboxes without having to log in each account via Outlook 2002 and assign them individually?
