Gl Transactional listing doesnot balance to my Trial balance

I having a problem , i have printed my trial balance and it does not balance to my GL Transactional Listing. this is weird.

Accpac version 5.5
Database MS Sql
data integrity does not show any errors
use the default accpac reports

Check your report selection criteria, you're making a simple mistake.

just noticed that its the Creditors control account that is not balancing.
