My ISP provider is going through some changes and my external IP is changing, I have devices which are pointing to a specific IP, I want to assign a naming resolve to that IP, how do I go about setting it up in my DNS for example.
my external IP provide by my ISP is 74.169.49.32 but I want to assign it a DNS name of handheld.mycompany.com, I can change my devices to point to handheld.mycompany.com, so if in the future I chnage IP again I don;t need to change my devices.
