Ghost image system restore followed by arcserve system restore

We have restored the sysetm using ghost followed by applying the C drive backup and registry(config folder using CA document 16046(overwritng the system).
It results in a successful restore, a reboot is done OK followed by a second reboot. This results in a Page fault error during the OS loader screen. NT 4.0 SP6a.
