GH and Mob Ex

I have one GH group with 5 members. 2 of the members is mob. ex.
Case:
If you call the GH group and the call is going to one of the mob. ex. and this one is not answer the call the member is logged out from the group. This is not the case when the gropu call is going to any other members of the group.

I have found this problem on BC12 SP6 and BC12 SP3, but on another BC12 SP6 it works just fine. I have check AS parameters but they are much the same. Could this have something to with serviceprovider for ISDN trunks?
