GFS, aren't tapes supposed to be moved back to scratch?

I have a GFS rotation implemented, M-Th Diff, Fri full. The server is attached to a tape backup device that has 7 slots.

Last monday (jan 24), the differential backup ran, and the tape is labeled D-Mon-1/24/05. As of right now, I'm still seeing the tape sitting in the save category. Shouldn't it be in the scratch category for tonite's backup?

It will only be moved to the Scratch Set after the required number of days and tapes have been met.
