Go to Amazon for books. Mark Minassi, Bill Stanek, Paul Robichaux, Boswell, Tony Redmond, Scott Schnoll. Any of them are good.

Well for sure you can't beat an MVP for Exchange knowledge. You really can't beat a Brit for generosity and Guy's a British Exchange MVP.
