I am running a Cisco 4506 catalyst with a 515e firewall and a T-3 input. My download speeds are great but when I go to upload files to either an ftp server or http server, the speeds are super slow. If I by pass the cisco gear, my upload speeds are nice and fast. What settings in the cisco gear limits my upload speed?
