Getting page cannot be displayed with ssl

Hello again everyone---

I am having a problem with ssl and running pages from localhost. If I have ssl unchecked, then I can display the pageinfo.html file by typing in . I would then put a check mark in the ssl option in IIS and then type in and I am getting "page cannot be displayed."

The certificate says it's good but I was not the one who put the certificate on this server. Oh yea I am using Windows 2000 Server. Could there be a problem with the certificate or do I need to check some other setting on the server??????? Any help would do. Thanks in advance.
