Getting MSG Properties From A PST

How Could I know how many msgs do I have inside a PST and their size?

As in an itemized list of all of the messages, including their respective sizes?

58sniper, thank you for replying. Yes, I would like to get a list of the msgs, their sizes and actually if it is possible to get a list of any attachments with its properties it would be awsome.

If it will not been done from Outlook or VB but there is a third party product, then that will be ok too
