Well I am trying to build a wrestling simulater where the user will create wrestlers, title belts ect... I need to be able to take all of the wrestlers the entered in and then transfer it over to a listbox on a complete different form. I have tried using Public Sub but I am not even sure if thats any remote way to do it.

I could really use this info because this will be my biggest project ever, and it's for my wrestling federation.

P.S If someone would please help me compile this program, I only have VB6 Working Model Edition & I don't have the money for Learning or Pro or Enterprise.

Your question has already been answered many times in this forum. Therefore I recommend you to practice the Search facility or to exploit the FAQ area.

In the meantime, have a look at FAQ222-400 Tranferring data from one form to another.

This FAQ is based on questions and their answers exposed in Thread222-37333, Thread222-42216, Thread222-42637 and others. You may find it usefull to check them out.

Good Luck!

Hi andrewvampire

Regarding your problems with VB Learning Edition - you will have to get either professional or enterprise as learning will just not cut it. I started off with VB Working model (now THAT is impossible). But if you are having so many probs with VB - why not sign up for a fundamentals to medium-advanced course?? The reason I ask is Microsoft does have a student license scheme to allow people who sign up for these kinds of courses to get VB pro either very cheaply or for free (yes this is perfectly legal for anyone who is wondering). So that may kill both your probs with one stone.

Hope this helps ;-)

Where could I sign up for something like that? I saw a pro edition at Hastings for lik 89.99 but I know it's the wrong price cause the other one says $599. But about how cheap would I be able to get it??? I am kind of young and will have to save up to by anything. You see I am only 12 and get $10 a week. So I am of the younger programmers.

Thanks,
Jared H.
