Hi,

I have an old Imation disk that I used with an old Canon Starwriter word processor. Is there any way to get these text files off this disk and into something modern like a Word file?

cheers!

I'm mainly confused about what kind of drive I would need to use to access the disk.

if it is a standard FLOPPY, 720k... then any FDD should be able to access it, if it is formatted in either FAT/FAT16/FAT32 (DOS)...

if it is not in that FileSystem, then you may be out of luck, unless you know someone with an AMIGA...
