getting emails on BOTH Outlook and Blueberry

Hi,

My client has his blueberry configured so he's supposed to get ALL his emails on both his desktop (on Outlook) and on his blueberry. Sometimes he only gets an email on one or the other. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Is there any pattern to which messages go where? What are the Filter settings?

What software are you using? Do you have a Blackberry Exchange Server (BES)?
