Getting denied in admin when hitting the night service button 1

Where would I enable this for a phone. A different admin assistant is handling the calls from her phone now, but when she tried to hit night it gives her this error. It works fine on the old phone. Is there somewhere this phone needs to be enabled.

you must assign the DN as the control set for the lines/sets in question. Look in Services.
