Have IPO8.1 with VMPro and and CCR. Night AA plays up to 10am and then Day AA takes over. Everyday at 10am for about 10minutes calls just ring and ring with NO AA answering at all. Between 10:10 and 10:15 the day message kicks in and all is well until the next morning.
I have checked and rechecked times in VMPro. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

Wrong time configuration?
Fallback destination in the incoming call route and not enough voicemail channels?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I did a reboot on the IPO and it corrected it. Thanks

That sound sa bit odd to me.
Do you have time profiles in the IPO?
I would use VMPro for timed routing and then a reboot of the IPO should not do anything at all.

Cannot explain it but it has been working properly since reboot. I keep checking.

Yes, I have a UC module with SNTP enabled

Then it is the IPO who needs to get the time from SNTP.
What time server do you have configured?

That is where it goes wrong.
Configure DNS and use a name like 0.pool.ntp.org
Sometimes the times severs IP address changes.
