Getting datas form Crystal Report

Very vague question. Have you been able to execute the report by clicking on the lightening bolt icon?
If yes then if you right click on the field in question in the disgn window or the visual linking expert and select "browse data", do you see any results?
If yes than Crystal IS reading your data, and I suspect a linking problem with the other tables in your report. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
