getting all passwords as sa

Is it possible to get hold of all the current passwords on a SQL server? I'm the sa of a server in which the passwords have been 'hard' coded into a few of my client apps and I'm upgraging 6.5 -> 7.0 and of course the logins all transfer with null passwords.
