Get text to print from browser when its white on a col. background?

Please I hope someone could possibly give me a simple answer to this Q. I have created a website on a blue backgound with white text, but yep you guessed it it doesn't print from the browser, what do people do to get white text to print black. I hope someone can help as I have to go live with this tomoz.
I'm pretty new to all this also.

give a printable version, there is no other way...

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull

Isn't there some other way, I've read about this external css, but I don't know how to do that and where to put the code etc.

based on "pop up" window concept or are u looking for direct click-->to printer process?
