When setting up Geotel feeds in CMS, it asks for a range of skills to be monitored. By default, Avaya, when setting up our CMS inserted the range 1-999. It has since been reduced to 1-600. There is still too much data being passed onto Geotel. Is it possible to specify individual skills to be monitored instead of a "range" i.e. 220;224;225;etc...
I thought I'd ask before attempting this.
My CMS load is R3V11ag.b

Since no one replied, I went ahead and tried it. I thought you all might want to know that even though most CMS will ask for a range of skills, it will accept individual skills separated by ;

Just passing it on. :)
