Hi,
We have just done this work about 2 weeks ago and we had no problem of compatibility thus Avaya did not garanty that it will work.
The only thing was that when we upgraded CMS to version 11, we had to upgrade to version 9 first and the same with the definity that we had to upgrade in V8 fisrt. Just be carefull with the announcements. Depending on the type of annoucenment board you have, you could lose the announcements in the process.
